Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Your digital photos will be delivered to you in an email, with a link you can access all the photo from your event. If you ever have issues opening the link, we are happy to help you.

Our booths can be used indoor or outdoors. To ensure optimal protection for workers and equipment in outdoor settings, we kindly request the provision of an outdoor cover.

Certainly! Our skilled design team will utilize the notes you provide to personalize your photo strip. Customizing the designs is a breeze – simply inform us of your preferred colors, text, and images, and leave the rest to us. You'll receive a proof to ensure everything meets your approval. Additionally, we can also create a photo strip design that complements your invitations.

To secure a date, a 50% deposit of the total package price is required upon contract signing. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Please note that all payments are processed exclusively through Zelle or Square, and we do not accept checks or cash.

Our typical setup time is 30 minutes, but to ensure seamless execution, we arrive an hour in advance.

No Travel Fee within 30 miles of Scottsdale (85250). If your event is outside this radius, such as Wickenburg, Prescott, Payson, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, etc., a travel fee will apply. We can explain this to you in detail when you are getting a price quote. 

We offer a range of convenient payment options including Zelle and Square. Through Square you can easily put in your credit or debit card, Square Gift Cards, as well as record cash or check payments. Additionally, through Square there are payment links via text allow your customers to utilize popular digital wallets such as Afterpay, Cash App, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
